Health and Liability Policies
By registering to our courses you agree to the following policy concerning health and liability:
I/we agree that Fun Learning Language Institution, its directors, employees or general staff shall not be liable for any injury to myself or loss or damage to personal property arising from, or in any way resulting from participation in Fun Learning Language Institution activities UNLESS such injury, loss or damages is caused by the SOLE NEGLIGENCE of Fun Learning Language Institution or its employees or general staff while acting within the scope of their duties. I further certify that the registrant is covered by OHIP and/or private health insurance.
