A- Requests made prior to scheduled course start date:
-Refund requests received 21 days or more prior to the scheduled start date: FLLI will refund all tuition fees paid in advance minus a $50.00 administration fee.
-Refund requests received less than 21 days prior to the scheduled start date: FLLI will refund all tuition fees paid in advance minus a $100.00 administration fee.
B- Requests made after the scheduled course start date or “no-show”:
- Refund requests received after the first class of the scheduled start date: FLLI will refund all tuition fees paid in advance minus a $100.00 administration fee and the proportional value of the taught hours.
2. No refund or credit will be issued past the second class. No refund or credit will be given for missed classes. Make up classes will only be available if Fun Learning Language Institution or the teacher cancels a class.
Please note that in the case a Registration Fee has been paid, this is non-refundable.
